However, effective equipping is not simply about providing materials. It is about developing people. A training seminar may inspire a pastor for a weekend, but consistent mentoring can shape leadership for years. Churches should therefore establish simple systems for identifying emerging leaders, providing regular coaching, measuring progress, and celebrating growth.
